UTA BODY REPAIR AND PAINT BOOTH

The UTA Body Repair and Paint Booth project consists of a new Spray Booth and Body Repair Facility for both Light Rail Vehicles and UTA Buses located at UTA’s existing Lovendahl Rail Service Center in Midvale, Utah. Two (2) new bays, expandable to four (4), are used for either body work or for painting. The new bays accommodate all required ADA requirements and OSHA/EPA approved ventilation and exhaust, as well as necessary utilities to perform the desired tasks. The project also includes office space and a separate enclosed paint kitchen and equipment rooms for heat lamps, tools, and other equipment and supplies. The project required planning approvals from Midvale City which were coordinated by Archiplex Group.
