Archiplex Group collaborated with a local development team to meticulously design a one-of-a-kind residential space. Situated in the heart of Park City’s Prospector neighborhood, this 14-unit high-end loft-style building is nestled next to the beloved Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail recreation corridor. Breaking away from convention, we integrated contemporary materials and construction techniques into the project. For instance, we utilized cross-laminated timbers (CLTs) for the floor and roof structure, while implementing board-formed concrete walls.
