Archiplex Group was engaged to assist OnSite Care with the creation of a medical clinic for a major medical equipment supplier in the Salt Lake Valley. OnSite aligns health plans and provider services, explains health data, pinpoints chronic health conditions and lowers health risks, resulting in better outcomes for employees. Archiplex provided design, bidding and construction administration for a Tenant Improvement adding a new Medical Clinic inside the Client’s campus and Administration Building. New interior plan included a reception area, file storage, janitor’s closet, unisex restroom, lab and vitals screening room, clean linen storage, soiled utility room, office and two exam rooms. On the exterior, a new entrance was installed and new bollards and exterior lighting provided.
