WEIGHT WATCHERS OF UTAH

For Weight Watchers of Utah, Archiplex re-purposed a dated strip retail center into a new office headquarters and Weight Watchers Training Center and Retail store. The design included selective demolition to the existing retail building to create an entirely new look. Exterior work included resurfacing/refinishing the existing EIFS; painting side & rear CMU walls; adding stone veneer pilasters; adding a steel & glass sunshade canopy along the front building elevation; adding a new main entry system including a stone-veneer “tower” and an aluminum storefront system at the south-east front corner of the building.

Interior work encompassing roughly 1/3 of the total available lease space included office space for the Owner’s staff along with a retail portion of the building open to the general public. The remaining adjacent tenant spaces were left vacant for future leased tenant build-outs, now filled.
