UTAH COLLEGE OF APPLIED TECHNOLOGY ADMINISTRATION OFFICE

Utah College of Applied Technology (UCAT) retained Archiplex to design and manage the construction of a new building project to be their new administration offices and Boardroom. The project consists of a new one story office building of approx. 6,102 SF including asphalt parking lot located in Lehi, UT. The project also features a standing seam metal roofing, masonry block veneer exterior, doors, windows, interior finishes, architectural woodwork and casework, toilets. Site preparation and construction of site civil improvements were also part of the project.

An iconic entry was created to give greater presence to this modestly sized headquarters building.
