VARIOUS UDOT MAINTENANCE BUILDINGS

UDOT public works stations house various facilities such as maintenance bays, storage areas, and support spaces, including staff offices and training areas. These stations are designed to accommodate highway snow clearing trucks, taking into consideration their configuration and maneuvering clearances with plows, sanders, or brine tanks, as well as the necessary material stockpiles. The layout of the site components is also crucial and is carefully analyzed based on the specific program requirements. Subsequently, a unique master plan is developed for each project.

Since Archiplex Group began working with UDOT, a range of building types and configurations have been utilized. These include pre-engineered metal structures and concrete masonry buildings, tailored to meet the specific needs of each site. To date, the Archiplex staff have successfully programmed, designed, and completed numerous maintenance projects, with a cumulative value exceeding $25 million.
