SIZZLER AT THE DISTRICT

Archiplex Group, LLC, provided design services, bid and permit documents for the transformation of a former restaurant into a Sizzler in South Jordan, UT. The project involved a new tenant improvement and remodeling initiative. The restaurant’s floor plan covered approximately 5,000 square feet, with an additional 500 square feet of attached coolers. The design incorporated exterior modifications and interior alterations, including structural adjustments for relocating certain columns. Additionally, Archiplex Group offered construction observation services as per the client’s request.
